The new 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rates, with arrangement fees of £1,995, have been designed to offer your clients greater choice. 
 
All of Foundations Homeloans Buy to Let rates are available to Individuals and Limited Companies.

  • Unlimited number of properties accepted up to a maximum £2m
  • Limited Companies accepted on all products at same rates as individuals
  • No maximum age for Ltd Company applications. Maximum age for individual applications is 85
  • No limit to number of properties within a portfolio
  • HMOs (up to 8 bedrooms) and MUBs (up to 10 units) at the same rental calculations as standard
  • First Time Landlords accepted - 2 and 5 year products available
  • Non owner-occupiers considered
