Highlights of the new 3yr fixed rates include:

• Interest rates from 4.10%, fixed for three years from completion
• Reducing ERC’s of 2.50%, 1.75% and 1.00% during the fixed rate period
• Available for 0, 1 and 2 Status applicants

Depending on Status, plans are available up to a max loan size of £400k and 85% LTV
