Landbay have announced a price refresh to their existing product range.

The changes are part of a planned adjustment to 16 products, 9 of which see a reduction in rates including their most popular product, the Standard 5 Year Fix which now starts at 3.35% and rental income can be stressed at this rate.

The adjustments are available now and come at a time of growth and expansion for Landbay following our £1 billion funding agreement with a leading financial institution.
